Quick Change Tooling
The Quick Change Tool Set allows precise and highly repeatable tool
changes. Our own inhouse designed system includes the tool post, tool holder
and right hand cutting tool, a second tool holder and left hand cutting tool,
and the parting tool holder and blade. One extra insert/blade is included
with each. A standard Allen wrench is used intially to set the height and
a simple thumb action is all that's needed to pop tools in and out. Finally
a quick change tool system that's really easy to use!

The Quick Change External Threading Tool is an optional threading tool block for use with the Quick Change cam-lock tool post. It includes a threading tool holder and three carbide inserts.

Electronic Threading Kit
Installs easily on the DeskTop or BenchTop Lathe spindle shaft.
Includes the timing belt, pulleys, hardware, and a 2000 line optical encoder
(model ES-2000). Allows straight or tapered threading on the inside or
outside surface without use of gears! Any standard or non-standard thread
pitches can be easily done with one G33 command using TurnMaster
Pro. If you know the taper in degrees, simply enter on you
calculator and press Tangent. The following example does 20 TPI thread,
in 5 passes, .05" deep, with a .08749" taper (5 deg)
*** NEW *** Now there's a wizard added to the software that allows you to specify the particulars on a menu and a graphic is displayed of the threaded part and the g-code commands are written for you.
