Bookkeeper/Purchasing - Responsibilities include accounts payable & receivable, invoicing, payroll, and bank statement reconcilement. Some purchasing, inventory planning. Requirements include accounting knowledge, bookkeeping experience and familiarity with electronic and mechanical components.
Administrative and Marketing Assistant - Responsibilities include answering multiple phone lines, filing, maintaining customer database and other general office duties. Must be familiar with MS Word and Excel. Must have very good telephone etiquette, communication & computer skills and require minimal supervision.
Web Designer/Computer Tech - Knowledge of Dreamweaver, HTML, Java, and Perl as well as Windows operating systems and networking required. Digital camera and graphics software experience a plus.
Mechanical Assembler - Duties include assembly and testing of CNC milling machines and lathes. Candidates should have excellent mechanical skills including drilling, tapping, tightening bolts to proper torque, etc... Knowledge of machine shop tools and operations a plus.
Electronics Assembler - Immediate opening for Electro/Mechanical Assembler of wiring harnesses, control panels & PCB's. Full time or Part time available.
