Variable Speed Spindle Controller
This new option is now available for 3 phase machines. It displays the exact RPM of the motor on a nice digital display and allows you to turn a small knob on the front panel to set it. As a side benefit, it also takes the place of a phase converter and can run on single phase 208-240 or 3 phase power. No more changing belts. The system includes a remote keypad and cable, a custom made bracket, and easy setup instructions.
*** NEW*** Use the S code to automatically set your spindle speed. for example including S900 in your program will set the tool rotation to 900 RPM... Couldn't be simpler! M03 and M04 will select CW and CCW rotation direction automatically. The software is intelligent enough to wait for the commanded speed to come up before begining the cut. This is a new feature that was added recently (July 2005) so make sure you get the latest update.
