Mill for Windows is a new Computer
Aided Manufacturing (CAM) program used for milling which allows entry of a
part design by using arcs, lines, circles, and rectangles or by importing
a DXF file. Features include automatic roughing cuts with graphic representation,
automatic pockets with island(s) avoidance and multiple sweeps placed to any
finish depth, point and click finishing passes, and metric/inch support. Supports
lead-in/lead-out, gouge avoidance, and spiral pocketing. Output format is
industry standard RS274D CNC code which runs directly on MillMaster Pro with
no translation or postprocessor setup.

MillMaster
Pro for Windows is a G-CODE controller
and graphical simulator for routing, milling, and torch cutting machines.
It accepts industry standard G & M codes and has canned cycles including
drilling, boring and deep profiling. Other features include full color animated
graphics which simulate all tool movements and cutting operations, full screen
text editor, external speed control for wire EDM, easy tool positioning directly
from keyboard, auto ramping on high feed moves, metric and inch programming,
true circular interpolation on any two axes, and simultaneous linear interpolation
on all three axes. Rotary table and S-code spindle speed control. Ability
to import Industry Standard .DXF files and automatically convert them to G-code.
The program also allows the user to customize the tool and icon graphics to
fit individual needs.

TurnMaster
Pro for Windows is a machine
control program supporting industry standard G & M codes and canned cycles
for turning down outside diameter and reducing part length. Other features
include full color animated graphics which simulate all tool movements,
threading encoder input support for internal and external threading operations,
easy tool positioning directly from the keyboard, auto ramping on high feed
moves, metric and inch programming modes, and true circular and linear interpolation.
Tool turret and S-code spindle speed control are also included. TurnMaster
Pro for Windows builds on 10 years of development and refinement of the
original Turnmaster Pro for Dos and adds the conveniences of the windows
enviroment, the ability to load very large programs without chaining and
using digital images of actual cutting tools.
